Prices, shipping costs and delivery information:
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We only deliver within Germany. Shipping or delivery is carried out via parcel services (DPD, DHL, GLS, etc.) or freight forwarding.
Orders and deliveries abroad or to islands can be requested individually and only in person, but not via the shop system.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
When ordering an electric scooter or eBike or e-scooter and an additional item outside the electric scooter category or eBike category or e-scooter category, only the shipping costs for the electric scooter or eBike or e-scooter will be charged.
Flat shipping costs always refer to the item with the higher flat shipping cost.
The shipping fee includes VAT.
